The scanner doesn't recognize a card

Hold the card flat, fill most of the frame and make sure the name and number at the bottom are sharp. In dim light, turn on the light in the scanner. Japanese cards aren't supported yet.

Where do the prices come from?

From Cardmarket's daily price guide (trend prices for all conditions and languages), updated once a day. They're estimates, not actual sale prices.

How do I move my collection to a new iPhone?

With iCloud turned on, your collection syncs by itself. You can also make a backup in Settings → Data → Back Up Collection and restore it on the new iPhone.

Does Foilbox work offline?

Yes. The card catalog is built into the app, and your collection and the last prices are stored on your iPhone. Card images and new prices need an internet connection the first time.
